Cancellation & Non-Refundable Policy for Services
All payments must be processed prior to scheduling an appointment. If, for some reason, you are unable to make your confirmed appointment, a minimum 24-hour advance notice is required. Appointments missed with no notification and less than 24-hour notice are considered forfeit and will require another payment to book a new reading.
In the unusual event that Kimberly is unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you will be re-booked as soon as possible, or provided a full refund, if preferable. By accepting these terms you understand and agree that all payments/fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Guidelines Regarding Children/Minors
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a consultation from herbandmoonalchemy.com. By agreeing to these terms you are verifying that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only purchase services in conjunction with a parent or legal guardian. In such circumstances, it is the parent or legal guardian who is the actual purchaser and who is liable for any and all activities.
Claims of Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy
